Kramer was born and raised in the beautiful Cook Islands on the island of Rarotonga. Kramer moved to New Zealand at the age of 15 after he was faced with a life altering spinal cord injury.
Whilst navigating his new life Kramer found a passion as Community Peer Support working alongside young people of all abilities, cultures, and backgrounds to make a difference within the community.
Kramer is a Strong believer in the unique ingenuity that young people possess and the unlimited potential that is tapped when working collaboratively as a community.
Kramer is a passionate advocate for Pasifika with disabilities, he does this by building awareness and acceptance around mental illness all whilst breaking the taboo and negative connotations that surrounds Disabilities.
Kramer is a strong voice for both the Pasifika and disability sector. This is shown through his experiences
Kramer is a dreamer and believes that we all bring something unique to the table. His ultimate dream is to one day lead from the front as Minister of disabilities.
