Le Tautua leadership stories

Our Le Tautua leadership stories showcase the journeys of Pasifika leaders who have grown through Le Va’s Le Tautua Pasifika leadership programme, developing their skills and confidence to lead positive change in our communities.

The purpose of these stories is to celebrate Pasifika leadership excellence and inspire the next generation of leaders to step forward. Strong Pacific leadership begins with nurturing our cultural values, embracing our identities and creating pathways for our people to thrive in all aspects of community life.

Our Le Tautua graduates have made the commitment to lead with purpose, wisdom and heart. Read their stories about the transformations they have experienced through Le Tautua and how they are using their leadership to uplift their communities, mentor emerging leaders and create lasting impact for Pacific peoples.
