#CatchYourself: Respect your village

Crisis events, like a pandemic, a troubled economy, or increasingly common severe weather events, can lead to stress and put extra strain on our relationships at home.

We may experience higher than usual levels of stress during these times, and find ourselves feeling irritable, frustrated, anxious or worried.

These are normal reactions to a very abnormal situation. We may even get angry with the people we live with.

So how do we stop things from getting out of hand? How do we maintain respectful relationships?
