Sati Ete

Risati Ete is the National Systems Practice Lead for Te Puna Aonui, an Interdepartmental Executive Board driving a whole-of-government approach to prevention, policy, and system-wide coordination for the implementation of Te Aorerekura, the National Strategy to eliminate family violence and sexual violence.

With over 16 years at Ara Poutama Aotearoa, Risati Ete has extensive experience as a frontline practitioner working directly with high risk users of violence in both the community and custodial settings. He later spent six years in Learning & Development, training frontline practitioners with a special focus on programme facilitators.

Risati Ete is currently involved in the adoption of the Specialist Family Violence Organisational Standards (SOS) and socialisation of the Family Violence Risk and Safety Practice Framework (RSPF).
