Kramer Hoeflich is the Co-Chair of the National Faiva Ora Leadership Group, a key advocate for the rights and well-being of Pacific peoples with disabilities in Aotearoa. With over a decade of experience in the disability sector, Kramer has been instrumental in shaping inclusive policies and driving initiatives that empower Pacific communities.

As a founding member and former Chairperson of I-Lead, Kramer played a pivotal role in establishing this youth-led initiative focused on empowering young people with disabilities. His leadership in I-Lead continues to inspire the next generation of changemakers. In addition to his work with Faiva Ora, Kramer serves as the Pacific Peoples with Disability Lead at the Ministry for Pacific Peoples, where he champions accessibility and inclusion. Recognised for his dedication, he is a Local Hero Award recipient and a trusted leader in the sector.

Kramer’s vision is to foster a future where Pacific peoples with disabilities can thrive, empowered by supportive systems, culturally aligned solutions, and strong youth leadership.
