James Arriola

James Arriola is owner of Brabu Behavioral Health Services based in Saipan, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) where he was born and raised.

His focus is on faith centered, culturally responsive and indigenous behavioral health services in Oceania, but primarily within the Pacific Islands Affiliated with the United States.

He has been doing this for over 15 years within a variety of capacities which include evaluation and training.

One of his current roles is as Executive Director for the Pacific Behavioral Health Collaborating Council which serves the behavioral health leadership of American Samoa, CNMI, Guam, Federated States of Micronesia, Republic of the Marshall Islands and the Republic of Palau in their regional plans for collaborative Pacific behavioral health.
