Dr Sue Bidrose

Sue is a professional company director with over a decade of governance experience, and she sits on boards spanning the commercial, Local Government, Central Government and for-purpose sectors.  Her previous employment includes five years as CEO of AgResearch (a Crown Research Institute) and almost seven as CEO at Dunedin City Council.

She has also been involved in sector good organisations, including as Chair of Science New Zealand, and a board member of the International City Managers Association Board and their Ethics Board, and has talked extensively about ethical practice in business.

Sue holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Otago and has studied at Oxford University, the University of California and Victoria University, Wellington.
