Monique is passionate about supporting people and organisations to unleash their full potential.
She enjoys the challenge of tackling complex wellbeing problems that require a combination of innovation systems change, strategy, leadership, cultural intelligence, human-centred design and quality delivery and execution.
As a PwC Partner, Monique leads the Auckland Hauora (health sector) practice supporting public and private sector clients to address important issues like wellbeing, equity and cross-sector performance.
Of Samoan descent, and a practicing Clinical Psychologist, she has a particular interest in mental health, improving equity in health and social outcomes for Pacific and disadvantaged communities.
Monique brings more than 20 years of experience in the not-for-profit sector, DHBs, government, academia and in business. Her local and international experience spans leadership, management, clinical and governance roles.
