
Dr Jade Le Grice
Senior lecturer and Associate Dean Māori at the University of Auckland
Dr Jade Le Grice is a feminist and works as a senior lecturer in the School of Psychology at the University of Auckland.
She is also an Associate Dean Māori for the Faculty of Science.
She is interested in Māori sexual and reproductive health, sexual violence prevention and rangatahi wellbeing in whānau contexts.
She also considers social and cultural conditions within which rangatahi Māori develop identities, navigating a colonial context to create pathways and meanings relating to the context of whanaungatanga and the development of gendered sexual subjectivies and identities in the context of state care.
