Le Va is committed to growing the Pacific health and disability workforce. Our focus is to address current workforce shortages and enhance the quality and effectiveness of services for Pacific peoples and their families.

Le Va is charged with managing, promoting and administering the Ministry of Health Pacific Health Workforce Awards. This initiative has been funded through the Pacific Provider and Workforce Development Fund, by the Ministry of Health.
