Mentoring matchmakers

Mentoring has been identified as a key component of Pacific mental health workforce development. Practical opportunities for learning skill development through cohort learning have been shown to be effective for Pacific people.

Le Va will design and facilitate a mentoring programme for managers in the Pacific mental health sector.
